Welcome back to Day 4 of Food Week, everybody! Food Week on the
HOTTEST blog in C'ville is not to be confused with C'ville's restaurant week,
an annual event where restaurants across Charlottesville team up to create one
massive food celebration. The chefs in each establishment create prix-fixe
menus and take reservations across the week. This is a great time to explore all
of the incredible fine dining options in Charlottesville, and give back, because $1
from every meal ordered is donated to the Blue Ridge Area Food Bank. This is a
great event and it’s coming up soon, so let’s take a look at Restaurant Week 2019!

The Restaurants:
Popular restaurants across the city participate in this event. Menus are set to either
$29 or $39 dollars, and each menu contains three courses. This year, 38 restaurants
are participating! Restaurants range across all types of cuisine, including Zocalo, the
upscale Latin American fusion restaurant, South African food at The Sheeban, and
classic French fare at Fleurie.

Restaurant Week 2019 will be Friday, July 12th through Saturday, July 20th.
